Cotopaxi gladly accepts returns within 30 days of purchase new Cotopaxi products purchased through the Cotopaxi Canada website. To receive a refund, please make sure tags are still intact, and that items are unwashed and in excellent condition. You will also need an order number to initiate the return.
A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total for purchases made on ca.cotopaxi.com.
Items marked as "final sale" are ineligible for return or exchanges.
Once your return has been delivered to us, it typically takes 1-7 days (up to 14 days during busier times) for your refund to be processed and sent to you. A refund back to the original payment method, it can take up to 10 business days for those funds to show in your account once the refund has been processed.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any edits or adjustments. If you placed an order in the last 12 hours and want to cancel, please contact us and we will do our best to get that order canceled and refunded, but can’t guarantee it. If we’re unable to cancel it in time and the order ships, you will need to initiate a return.

1. In order showing the color on live page, click "COPY CSS CODE" button and then click on Actions->Edit code to paste the code in the file assets/colors.css.
