Perfect bag with 1 exception.

"I love the design of this bag and the two latches that squeezes the bag to make everything tighter and smaller. The only downside is the single direction the bag goes. This bag would be perfect if it had universal wheels to pull in any direction. My hand became tired from having to pull the bag forward while tilting over Italy’s cobblestone streets."

Perfect sized, durable carry-on

"This is the perfect sized roller bag for world travel. As someone who's switched to carry-on only, even for month long trips, this maximizes space without going over the specifications of most international flights. I was hesitant to get it since the specs state a height of 56" and most international flights limit to 55". However, unless the soft handle is pulled up, the bag easily fits the 55" maximum. All the pockets are well thought out, and the materials are durable."
