Our best-selling Batac 24L Backpack is a streamlined pack for fast-and-light daytrips, hikes, and other excursions. It’s unstructured for easy loading and features a main zippered compartment along with a front vertical-zip pocket and two mesh water bottle pockets.

"I got this Batac 24L Daypack for my upcoming summer trip to Alaska, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. It is incredibly lightweight but surprisingly spacious. a win as always

"My kids love these packs for their school packs. The pack itself weighs practically nothing, which they like, and the chest strap is adjustable enough that they can continue to find the right setting as they get bigger. Each one lasts well through about 3-4 years of very hard use. I appreciate that the construction is simple enough that I can do most repairs with my simple home sewing setup, and when they are truly worn out, the amount of material being disposed of will be physically smaller than other brands. So far, though, both bags are set to move on to middle school (the kids actually said no to new bags), which is a pretty good win!"

Holds a lot!, but a few tweaks would make it perfect

"It’s a really nicely made and durable pack! I appreciate the company’s ethos and wanted to support their sustainability features. As someone with a petite 5'0 frame, I found it mostly comfortable with the chest strap helping to balance the weight, though I do wish there were an optional waist strap as well. I also would love to see a few more small inner and outer zippered pockets and a key loop, but I easily made do with smaller pouches to organize my belongings inside. While I really appreciate having two water bottle holders, it would be nice if the fabric were a bit thicker, stretchier, and taller to hold larger water bottles. It truly shines in versatility—I flew with it as a personal item, fitting it perfectly under the seat when packed to the brim, and used it as a day pack for hiking while camping. The exterior loops are also perfect for attaching multiple carabiners. Highly recommended with just a few minor feature requests!"
