Reviews

Good jacket but runs really narrow/small

"Got this jacket final sale in XS for my teen son. Great quality, very light but warm, great for running errands, hiking, easy to pack for traveling. Took off a star because it runs so small, very narrow in chest and shoulder. My son could only wear it with T-shirt, he is 5'7, 135". I wish there's a bit more room for a sweater/sweatshirt."

Super great and cool

"Really liked this capa jacket, its first one from Cotopaxi and it fits for all weathers. Not sure about snowy weather but comfortable for summer too."

Moksha G. (5/5)

Best down jacket EVER

"You can’t beat the quality of Cotopaxi. This is simply the best down jacket."

Seth W. (5/5)

Great jacket, but I wish

"Great jacket, but I wish it had a few more pockets."

Raghu R. (4/5)

Perfect travel piece

"This is the perfect jacket for every adventure. It’s light, warm, compressible, and layers well. I don’t travel anywhere without it."

Jon W. (5/5)

Nice nut narrow

"Great lightweight layer; does run a bit narrow and sleeves not quite long enough; should have gotten an extra large instead of a large even though my kid is a skinny minnie"

Aileen G. (5/5)

Great jacket, so lightweight

"The jacket looks great, so soft and easy to pack. It looks to be a great quality and will probably last for years to come."

Gia P. (5/5)

Best all weather jacket!

"Perfect fit, very comfortable. Lightweight and easy to pack. Never leave home without this jacket."

Lisa L. (5/5)

Quite happy with the brand

"Hi, In the past I have owned Cotopaxi fleece and a Teca wind breaker and both have been phenomenal. This one is also great, but I see quite a few threads loose, and that feels somewhat off. Maybe thats a thing with puffy type jackets. Overall its quite warm and stylish though."

Manreet P. (3/5)

Good, not great. . .

"but more affordable than others. I have a few minor issues with this jacket. I would almost say it runs small. I'm a somewhat bigger guy (~210ish) and it fits quite snug around my torso and it is almost a bit short (5'10"). I probably would have gone with an XL if I'd had a chance to try it on. I really, really wish it had an inner pocket somewhere like every other puffy jacket I've owned. The outer pockets seem a little further up or back than I'm used to, but they do seem deeper than average. It might just be the length of the jacket that bothers me. It's great for layering (although with the size, it needs to be an inner layer for me) due to its weight. I tend to run hot and this is the perfect amount of insulation for me in the PNW spring/fall just by itself."
