"I love Cotopaxi products. My favorite was the 3L fanny pack. It had all the bells and whistles. I just wish this sling bag had all the compartments my fanny pack had. "Love everything about this pack. Choose it for sling capability when I'm bicycling to work daily as regular backpacks flare up my shoulders and slings do not. Most slings I found were too small to carry the things I needed but not this one. Its lightweight, roomy, durable, stylish and very comfortable. Such a great choice, highly recommend! Very durable, I can tell it's going to last a very long time."

"After watching a few video reviews about Chasqui bag, I thought it would be a perfect fit for traveling. When I opened the package and tried the sling bag on, I found it uncomfortable. The strap sits high on my neck and the bag doesn’t sit properly against my back. I am hoping that when I put items inside it will fit better."

This is not a good sling, it's a bad backpack

"Build quality is genuinely good. Materials, stitching, zippers, hardware all feel solid and well finished, and the pack has held up without complaints. The problem is the design logic. This is not a sling that was designed as a sling. It reads like a small backpack that got a different strap sewn onto it, with the internal organization left exactly as it was. That does not work, because a sling is used differently: you rotate it around on the strap to the front, and in that position the whole interior is turned sideways relative to how it was laid out. The result is that pockets, dividers and the main opening all end up in awkward orientations when the bag is actually in use. Putting something in or pulling something out means fighting the layout instead of just reaching in. For a format whose entire point is quick one handed access without taking the bag off, that is the one thing it needs to get right. If the internal organization had been rotated to match the way the bag actually hangs when swung forward, this would be a very good product. As it stands, you are paying for good execution of a plan that was not thought through."
