"This is my second pair of the Cotopaxi Fuego Down Bibs, and this new version is so much better. The switch to a standard front zipper (instead of the old side zipper) is a game-changer for convenience. They keep me incredibly warm, look great, and are honestly the best item in my closet. I bought the Black/Carbon and loved them so much I just ordered the blue! A quick heads-up: These are lifestyle bibs, not meant for skiing or heavy-duty work. I wore them carefully while working my delivery routes with zero issues, but keep their intended use in mind. Highly recommend!"

From Fall Sports Photography to January Horseback Riding to Tokyo Winter Bike Rides

"I do a lot of fall outdoor sports photography. On certain nights, it can get in the 20s. These overalls have been my saving grace. My son borrowed them for a horseback riding excursion in January's "in-the-teens" weather and is now addicted and buying his own pair. I wore these on my winter vacation to Tokyo where I spent most of my time outside. An absolute must."

They do everything that down bibs are supposed to do but I worry about dexterity.

"They are warm. Zip pockets. Nice stitching. Draw string at the bottoms so you don't step on them. These are good if you are layering them inside of a sleeping bag or chilling at camp but I would not wear them in an a snow sport environment. They will rip."

Was Hoping for more!

"I spend a lot of time in cold camp settings and have been searching for the perfect down pants when I came across the Cotopaxi Fuego overalls and thought they would be perfect for cold camp nights. I ordered them and received them last week. I tried them on, loved the fit, loved the snug warmth and was eager to wear them later in the week. I wore them to work on Friday because I knew I would have a cold easy day working in the warehouse and didn’t have to worry about getting a stain on my new gear. Day went great, super warm and comfy and was looking forward to wearing them to a chilly outdoor event the next day. That next morning I got up to grab my pants and discovered they had been picked and I had four small holes with feathers popping out. I didn’t recall scrapping up against anything or grabbing anything that previous day, and I had only driven to work and back home which is maybe 1/4 mile apart. I did doctor them up with a few small pieces of electrical tape so I was not losing feathers out my rear end all day, put them on and rocked them to the event. My review, I love the overall straps, the warmth, the snug fit, and the overall appearance of this product. What I don’t love is the weakness of the outer material. I would have used a little thicker material in the rear especially knowing these pants will sit and slide across things. I planned on purchasing a jacket if I loved these bibs but gonna definitely hold off and give these a little bit more usage."
