"I typically wear a 7 1/2 in a New Era 59Fifty. With that being said this Cotopaxi hat runs very small. It isn’t because the adjustable portion is too small either. The front (brim) and size sections are super small. Otherwise it seems to be well constructed."

It is a bit shallow in the sense that it doesn’t come down very far— most hats for men come down to the top of the ear and this does not. Not a deal breaker, still my favorite hat."
