Our Allpa 42L reflects our quest for pack perfection. Fan-favorite features include better weight distribution and air mesh shoulder straps for an ultra-comfortable carry, an exterior stretch water bottle pocket, and a luggage pass-through strap that easily slides over the handle of a roller bag (like our Allpa Roller Bags). And most importantly, our Allpas are made with 100% recycled fabrics.

"Used this bag for a 4 day work trip so far. I always used a 32 liter ski mountaineering pack for plane travel before, but I need to travel with a 17” workspace laptop now so I needed the larger suitcase style. I wanted a pack that equally conveyed my outdoor lifestyle. Chat said my large HP laptop wouldn’t fit, but I brought it to the store and it fit like a glove, I even chose to gate check the bag on a small jet with no laptop damage or issues. Excellent organization for work or play. If you pack it realistically the 42 will carry on anywhere but if you pack it like an animal you might get caught at the gate."

I got the whiskey colour,

"I got the whiskey colour, 42l and it’s beautiful! The clamshell opening and the layout of the zippered compartments is fantastic! It seems so simple when you see it, but it’s so rare to find bags that are so well organized. It’s pretty big but I want to be able to use this for international travel) but really comfortable on my back. I’m 6’2” with a long torso so I also chose this size so that the waist belt sits low enough. I have to loosen the straps a bit, but I can get the waist belt onto my hips. Making the straps height adjustable would be great, but would slightly compromise the simplicity and excellent construction of the bag. For local travel, I just tuck the waist strap behind the padded back and, honestly, you wouldn’t even know it was there. I haven’t yet gone on a long trip with the bag, but it’s so well built I think it will hold up really well. Thank you, Cotopaxi! Eric"
