"I love everything about this bag. The only thing I would change is on the 8L bag. Sewing the end of the bag straps facing outwards instead of inwards would allow the elastic strap-stay to slide underneath it to lock it down. Right now it is sewn downwards and the elastic can slip over the strap end."

Good bag, needs better zippers
"The top attachable top bag should have been turned around so the zippered pockets faced the front of the bag. If you lay the bag down and open a pocket on the top bag, everything falls out. More importantly, the zippers should be locking zippers. If I check this bag on a plane, I'm 100% confident it will unzip itself and I'll lose all of my stuff. I have to use a carabiner to keep the two main zippers together. They seemingly cheaped out on a very important feature of the bag."
Pretty good but not suitcase compatible
"This is a big backpack and can really hold lots of clothes and supplies. A few more zippered pockets would be nice and the bag needs a slip over strap for use with a rolling suitcase."
Love it mostly
"I keep seeing huge sales all over the internet, yet not their main site. . . . wondering if I could have saved a significant amount. That aside, the packing area of the 50L is nice. Lots of room for my needs and it balances nicely. I would LOVE to see a fitting video to know how to measure my body to the pack adjustments. If its there I couldn't find it and had to search up a generic REI video. The zipper of the upper pack is difficult to attach when they are both full. My main complaint are the side carry handles. They cut into my hand when I carry the pack from the side. At over $300 could you add a little padding for comfort? I searched the internet for pads to add and they are all to large as the handle has a 4. 5" width and everything generic is 5" or more. When I messaged them the essentially told me I will need to sew something myself. So yes, nice pack, but needs some details attended to for the price point."
I love the pack but
"I love everything about the pack, but there should be a note about the size of shoes that can fit in the small bag at the bottom of the pack. My shoes do not fit in that small bag. Maybe my shower sandals can fit there, but not my regular shoes. Maybe if you're a small person or a girl, your shoes can fit there, but not for an adult male. Overall, besides that small detail, I love the bag and its versatility. I am often backpacking, and I know I will love it on my next adventure."
