"I love this sweatshirt so much. However, I am eating it a 3 star because of how the hood strings launder. With each washing the strings get very twisty. Not sure if it is my washer/dryer or the material of the strings. When they lay flat it’s perfect. But my strings are twisted into spirals. It’s annoying and making this not the sweatshirt I pull out of the closet because I feel they look unsightly. Otherwise it’s fantastic!"
