"I received this bag sometime back and it has met every expectation- matters not the colors, they were fine, functionality, dependability and quality meant more that simple colors or function as a backpack…. i only use the backpack straps if i have other items to carry…& they work fine for that. I have backcountry packs for trekking - this is for common travel. Good job Cotopaxi"
"I would rate this 5 stars-I do really love the bag but I got it and the zipper started ripping away from the bag fabric. When I got the bag, I immediately packed for my trip and left town. That area by one of the zippers on top of the bag that had already started ripping as I was leaving and is getting worse as I’m still traveling with the bag. I hope I might be able to have it fixed by Cotopaxi, especially since it is still in warranty. I did not notice the rip when I got it out of the packaging, but I suspect that the way it was sewed was faulty but I do not believe I was putting an unrealistic amount of pressure on the bag when it started ripping. Can I send it back when I return from my trip in a few days to be repaired? Once again, I like the rest of the bags features. Thanks!"
