"Love the shorts. The fabric and waist elastic are very comfortable. I did return one pair because of a stitching defect in the lining seam. The return process requires you to get a refund and then reorder. Unfortunately, the pair I wanted replaced were out of stock. I ordered a different color and fabric and the new sale price was higher than what I paid for the original pair. I believe I should have been charged the original price since it was an exchange for a defective pair. The warranty return policy should be easier."
